Biography
F. Reed Brown was the original Hamlet in the U.S. premiere production of Heiner Muller's Hamletmachine with the Freiese Theatre of Munich. Brown has over 80 productions currently to his credit.
Brown recently spent two summers with the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, and has worked regularly with Vermont's Bread and Puppet Theatre. He has worked with a wide variety of theater companies in New York as well. He holds a master of fine arts degree in directing from Illinois State University, and a bachelor's degree from the University of South Florida. He has spent much of his professional career on the road with his touring productions, which are available for booking.
